I didn't take the summer off.
I simply switched gears to emails, letters , etc. to so-called 'representative government'.
One Democratic Congressman out in New York held a town hall meeting last week: he called it for 6:30 pm but actually began his meeting at 5. By the time most people had gathered, the meeting was over and this coward was on his way out the door. That's the typical Democratic response to their constituents (I hope you have a long memory and send these bums packing in the next few months).

There's a scheduled speech by BO to our schoolchildren , along with a lesson plan , set for Sept 8th.
An avowed Communist and someone dumb enough to believe that 'white people are channelling pollution to black neighborhoods' and that Pres Bush was behind the 9-11 attacks has been elected as our "green czar" by Mr Obama. (In his only truthful comment, the idiot admitted that 'global warming' was simply a ploy to control citizens).
These are scary times, boys and girls. But we're not going to allow these jerks to take over, are we? We're NOT going to allow them to subjugate everything we hold dear in this country.We are going to bombard them with the truth. We are going to call, stump, email, and confront the rotten jerks who are ramming these changes down our throats - and we're going to send them packing back to Chicago, San Francisco, and other sundry points where they first slithered from.
BO was not elected by a mandate. He was elected by (admittedly) pin-headed people who believed his vague message of "hope and change" and everything else he culled from the Alinsky playbook. His design to "reshape America" (his words, not mine) are anathema to the 48% who do not subscribe to his Socialist agenda. We didn't buy the snake oil salesman in the sharp dress and his creepy minions.
We don't thrill or have 'tingles up our legs' like the Chris Matthews of the world who believe his false platitudes even as he's leading us to Marxism and certain slaughter.
Obama, Michelle (since she's thrown herself into the political arena by mentioning that she was never before proud of her country), Immanuel, Pelosi, Reid, Frank, the late Teddy, Biden, Dean...You couldn't pick a larger cast of miscreants, boneheads and all around bad guys if you hired Lynn Stallmaster at central casting.
Summer's over, its time to roll up our sleeves - good Conservatives - and get back to work (saving this blessed Country).
